Classmates dream of me?

I want this dream of my classmate to be interpreted.

According to my classmate to me : "I dreamed of you conversing with me in the telephone. In the telephone I heard that you can speak straight and fluent Filipino".

Actually, I am a Filipino who can't speak the native language (Filipino). I know some words though. I have been living in the Philippines all my life. I had a american relative (RIP) who taught me to speak english thus, I was deprived from speaking Filipino.

So, should I start training myself to speak the language? What are your interpretations? I even don't know the national anthem itself. I know, I am extremely unpatriotic to my homeland. So when answering this try not curse with vulgar words.

Classmates dream of me?
all i know is once my friend had a drea i was playing the flute and i was the best in the world(ive never even held one)...and now i have a suddly want to learn really bad.....i think you should...not cos of the dream but because you dont know it and its like a part of you and your family.....but i think that it is a message...if you learn you may be really good.
Reply:Its always a good idea to speak your native language, one can't speak too many languages.
Reply:Sorry, but I just have to say that it's funny that you can't speak your own native language. Seems sort of funny to me since you lived there all of your life.
Reply:I just think thats a bit silly... :P
Reply:he wants to speak 2 u on the phone in Philippine
Reply:if you really want to know how to speak and understand tagalog words then you have to understand this:

sa aking pananaw, hindi basehan ang pagsasalita ng tagalog para tawagin kang isang pilipino. hangga't mahal mu ang bayan mu, ang mga taong nkatira dito.... maiituturing kang isang pilipino!!!

mabuhay ka!!
Reply:I'm not sure the dream meant anything, but it is obvious from your reaction to it that you want to learn Tagalog and that feel some guilt for not knowing it. You should probably pursue learning it, but not because of the dream.
