How can I get along with my classmates and teacher better?

I just started school again and in one of my classes I don't seem to get along with the teacher or any of my classmates really. This has never happened before and it's really bothering me. I try to do my best and I feel like maybe thats why they don't like me, because I try too hard or something but I don't want to dumb myself down just to gain approval. I really can't stand people who are so judgemental. What should I do?

How can I get along with my classmates and teacher better?
have sex with your teacher and buy your classmates dinner!
Reply:just smile! i think it's okay to make noise as long as it's with your classmates (the teacher may not like this, so you'll have to learn when to be quiet).
Reply:This is a good chance to learn a life skill, because this will happen to you in life sometime, on a job, and it might be a job you can't easily quit. Here are some ideas: Keep your brain active, but not visibly in the directions those people hate. Make it a research project. (Put on your "observer's hat." Note who gets aggravated, how and when. Plan a book, song, poem, or game about it. Keep a journal. (Above is your first entry.) Realize that other people may be faking dumbness. Look for their underground signals, drop your pearls of smartness very judiciously, and see who connects. Quit trying to be "the smartest" and try on a different persona. "Act." Just for fun, not because you have to.
Reply:just have self-confidence

try to behave well

be punctual

do not make noise

be helpful

respect everybody
Reply:just go in with an attitude like " who cares" . dont be disrespectful but just relax and dont care about their opinions
Reply:I think if you behave such as themselves and if you do what they want , they will approach to you.

I have this problem, too. Dont worry, it will be solved!!!
Reply:Don't mind the haters. They are the little people. Know that you are better than them and don't let them stop you from doing what you want to do. Just be courteous, not necessarily nice.
Reply:Don't think that they don't like you. Be friendly to others and careful what you're saying.Because some times some people or you just talk and talk and didn't know that they're hurting someone. Judge mental peoplem, don't bother them they're just jealous about what you have. Go! Fight! You can do it!
Reply:Don't think and try to do any thing, just be straight forward and natural and you will see the best forward.
Reply:OK its was not like this for me BUT ALLOT worse-a than that. i had ppl "Bullying me for 8 years... YES!!! 8 YEARS!!!

when i went to another schl i changed the way that i was acting and then ...in next to no time, i had frends that i througth that i would never had . i even went througth a stage of major depression for 5-9 mth . and that was not nice trust me. But back to you . ppl can Jude you for who you are ... but what comes around goes around. so.. if you don't talk to them the will return the favor and not talk to you and that way you will be Abel to talk to them later down the track and as i seed b4 you can change the way you act... then they are more likely to get on with you ....i had some1 giving me a bit a sht ... i did not talk to him then 2-5 mth i started to talk to him then he was all cool and was not a dick any More ...but im %10000 not saying tht you should ignore the teacher because thy try to get u to do Ur work and thy will just hassle you and go on and on..

do your best and dont let thows ppl hold you down and box you into a cornor. that's how i would say the early stage on major depression start. if you ever go home feeling like sht and you dont want to take it out on other ppl . go out for a bike ride or something tht involves moving around. EG ... i go out on my bike for 30m-1 HR and come bake feiling to tyard to think about the ppl tht have made my day sht and just go and do somthing elce...tht works

all of the above awncers are %100 tru aswell
Reply:Be prepared for class. If you have assigned homework, then make sure that it's done.

Do whatever the teacher says as soon as possible.

Use the classroom tone to your advantage. If you are in a very loud and disruptive class with disrespectful students, always have eye contact with the teacher so he/she can notice you and give you an extra privilege or prize.

Pay attention! Don't talk to your friends during a lecture. Don't send text messages, or constantly stare at the clock, or otherwise show that teacher that you couldn't care less about what he or she is saying. Be respectful and appear motivated—even if the topic is very boring. There's nothing more that a teacher doesn't like than a student who is ignoring him/her.

Ask questions! If you don't understand what the teacher is saying, then ask him/her. Speak up in class and answer question, but don't overdo it. Teachers will respect that that you are paying attention, and that you are making an effort to learn the material.

It is always a good idea to greet your teachers when you see him/her. Find out their birthday and congratulate them. Respect your teacher!

Tips

If you are notorious for having a bad reputation in the school, you might have a difficult time in getting on a teacher's good side. Don't give up—show the teacher that he/she is wrong, and that you are willing.

Just like in step 3 always have eye contact with the teacher.

Don't cheat on tests, if you get caught, your teacher will be disappointed with you

Do your best to keep grades up!
