Should I meet up with my classmates/friends after nearly a decade's time?!?

10 years ago, I was in kindergarten/first grade. I moved from another country to the USA. So.. basically, at the end of the summer, I was extremely bored and I searched for random people on Facebook.


Surprise, surprise. I typed in some names of classmates I used to know in the other country... and I found 3 of them. One of them was even my preschool best friend! I did go back to visit them when I was in 2nd grade, but when I went back, I felt so out of place.. so I was really nervous and shy around them. It was hard to "meet them again."


Anyways, before I knew it-I just kind of forgot to go visit them every year I went back to that country for vacation (it's a yearly thing). This went on for years.. so basically, I recently got in touch with them. *Primarily my preschool best friend. The thing is..


I've become really shy and they've changed, obviously. I mean, the last time we met, we were practically toddlers!!





Should I seek them out in the summer?

Reply:Yeah , you should meet them again.Of course they have changed after 10 years.Try to mingle with them again...they were your best friends once.

Reply:at least try to get in touch first w/ your preschool bestfriend. i'm sure she would be happy to meet you. then you can together see other classmates.
