How can I cancel my classmates dot com membership??

I signed up classmates.com for 6 months but now I want to cancel it....I just cant find their customer service phone number.


Can someone tell me how to cancel this crap?

Free Members


You may cancel your free membership by removing your information from the Classmates directory. To do so, please follow these steps:





Click here.


Choose the appropriate reason for removal.


Click 'Yes' to complete the process.





Gold Members


If you wish to cancel your Gold membership, please contact our Member Support Team regarding your request. A representative will respond to your message via email to assist you in converting your membership to the free level.





Note: You may cancel your Gold membership and/or remove your name from our site at any time; however, per the Terms of Service to which you agreed when you paid for your Gold membership, membership fees are non-refundable, so a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of your membership fee.
Reply:Log in to Classmates.com. Click on MY ACCOUNT.





It will go to MY ACCOUNT HOME.





Under Membership information it will probably say AUTOMATIC RENEWAL - click on it and change it to Manual Renewal and it shouldn't charge you. You need to do this before your account renews automatically, obviously.
