How can you get your classmates to be Quiet?

I'm at this new school where people talk too much. So sometimes, when we have classes, the class won't be quiet unless the teacher yells loud. I tell everyone to be quiet and they don't listen to me. So I just sit there, being quiet. One time, we were having a class. My classmates were talking. The teacher just waited for them to be quiet because he was getting sick and tired of telling the class to be quiet. Do you know how long it took for them to be quiet? It took more than 15 minutes. He was just sitting there watching. I got so mad.





Any ideas for them to be quiet? I hate it when the teacher yells! Thanks!





PS: I'm in the 7th grade.

How can you get your classmates to be Quiet?
same here a long time ago. just be patient or if youre not patient just scream quiet or hush! or you can talk to your counselour about it. hope this helps
