If i pay for classmates.com will the person i email be able to read my email free and reply yo me free?

No, the best way to go is to buy the membership and/or post your email address on the announcement page, that's what I did and I got pretty much everyone linked to me for future parties. I can't remember how much you can do for free on there. But I know they can't read emails for free. One guy had to pay 7 bucks or something like that to read an email. Just post it in your profile page near the top line, so they can see it.
